"Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower door was fiddly and didn't fully seal so we got puddles on the floor. But excellent value for money in the heart of Munich within easy walking distance of The English Gardens, Marienplatz and the Old Town. "

Certain parts of the hotel looked like they were being renovated, but nothing was closed, or unclean. There was a lack of signage to point me to the room. The WiFi on my floor was unreliable, but fine down in the lobby and restaurant. The room was compact, but had everything I needed.
