"Positives: - Beautiful location near a lake, large swimming pool. Negatives: - Apartment I stayed in is in need of a refurb and missing amenities e.g only one hair drier in a 6 guests flat, no ironing board or anywhere to hang clothes in one of the rooms. - Poor service - booked a boat trip at the hotel’s marina through reception, on the day and time booked no one was there, had to call reception twice to be told boat needs maintenance. "Our staying was wonderful. Our room was so comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the town. The staff was so accommodating. We also enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The staff was exceptional."

"Spectacular location with breathtaking views. The city itself does not have much to offer though. The hotel is super well equipped, the gym and spa are outstanding. The restaurant serves good food and wines as good value prices. The rooms are not fantastically sound proofed so you will be aware of people around you. The staff were attentative and efficient. Overall it's worth a visit for the view and facitities."
