"We had such a wonderful time at MICASA! We stayed in one of the private onsen rooms, and it was a gorgeous mid-trip treat! The food was phenomenal— and so filling! — and we had a lovely time exploring the surrounding area in the snow!"

"Property is about 10 mins walk from the Bus station and Hotel does not provide shuttle to and fro, hence it is inconvenient to pull fhe luggage during winter time to the hotel. The back door of the hotel helps for quick access to the Yubate. Morning and Dinner buffet offer a very good spread but there is no need to book half board for more than 1 night as menus are largely the same. "

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. "The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area."

"Kinta and his family are very great hosts. The breakfast every morning was a delight. Evening dinner meals were even better. A very warm and cozy hotel. A great little bar area. Very good rental gear. All in all an absolutely top hotel experience. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend staying at Kinta Naeba. "

"Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom. The we enjoyed our private onsen. Very relaxing. Highly recommend. Some tips. Don't walk in the hotel with your shoes or sneakers. There are sandals that you can walk outside the streets with. It's located in the lockers with the keys when you entered the hotel. If you want to walk around the hotel you can walk with your socks or the staff can you give a sandals. Breakfast is a buffet. Limited selections, and you have to make a time slot rsvp. They bar closed around 10pm. We loved our one night stayed. We would come back again!"

"We loved it here. The resort is amazing. The room was a good size. The view was fantastic. Close to the Yubatake, Kusatsu Gate foot bath, restaurants, and markets. They have a free shuttle to the center of town, Yubatake. Also, a shuttle to the bus stop when you go back. Plus, the free big onsen is amazing. You can also use two other hotels' onsens, but Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Resort's is the biggest and nicest. They provide a yukata for use while you're there, which is nice if you want to take pictures outside in a yukata. The staff are all super friendly and nice. We loved this place."
