"Hotel is only a short walk from the city-centre with easy parking. We had booked a larger room with a kitchenette and fridge, but were given one without these amenities. The TV only showed one channel. After establishing that the printed instruction inside the room - did not work - we even asked the reception for help with it. The description said, apartment at the main building, but the lady at the reception gave us the furthest apartment, even though she knew that we have two toddlers, a lot of luggage and we have to leave at 3 am the next day. Great location with amazing staff.
"Amazing hospitality. Fabulous location. Delicious breakfast. The pool was nice as we were provided a late checkout. Parking is small, but doable. Highly would recommend. Only downside was the airconditioning wasnt strong enough for such a large room, but it was okay."
