"The excellent: the location, luxury, feel, staff. The only downside for one star off, is no air conditioning. Even in May, one evening it was fairly warm, and we would have appreciated AC. The hotel is very fancy, which is not necessarily our cup of tea--ie, dinner is pre fixe. This is in contrast to the only other hotel down the only street, which is very informal. "Very good again! But it would be nice, if opening hours would be more flexible. Breakfeast opens at 7:00 sharp, the (very nice) Pool opens at 7:00 am sharp. According to receptionist it is not possible to open earlier! Well everything is possible - if they like! The Management should consider it! For Business Travelers it would be more convinient!"

"Hôtel bien entretenu. Les piscines sont des bains thermaux publics, bien entendu gratuits pour les clients de l'hôtel. Ceci devrait figurer dans le descriptif de l'hôtel ! Contrairement aussi à ce qui est mentionné, le petit déjeûner est également compris dans le prix. Excellent rapport qualité prix. La région est très belle et mérite amplement un détour."

"This hotel is a classic old spa hotel. The grand entrance on the park side is largely closed off, with a new glass atrium entry on the back alley. But it's worth peaking into the old grand foyer and even the music hall on the top floor. The rooms are fine, although our room for three was just a queen bed so our daughter slept in the loveseat. The breakfast and dinner are included in the rate. It is all right, but there are very limited options. The meals seemed geared for large groups...

"Nice Stay and helpful staff. I wish the mattress were more comfortable, I am use to more comfortable US beds in a hotel with this hotels standards. The sauna area needs updating, but i see they are bringing on. The hotel has been kept in nice shape."
