"The house had just been completely renovated due to the recent hurricane damage. Jim did an excellent job with everything to make sure our stay was top-notch. All the furnishings and appliances were brand new. We took the bikes out every day to Siesta Key Beach, which was just down the street. Absolutely amazing, and it took under 5 minutes! "Our family stayed at La Mia Casa, the listing of the rental was accurate so we weren’t surprised by anything. The host does a WONDERFUL job of providing any and everything you might need while you stay. The proximity to the beach and points of interest is great it never took us more than 10-15mins to go to the beach or eateries. Our host even extended our checkout which I thought was very nice."

"This property sustained significant damage from the hurricanes but they are expeditiously making all necessary repairs and improvements. The property is probably absolutely beautiful when the foliage and landscaping is in tact. The pathway from our specialty sun deck second-floor unit was a quick super short walk to the magnificent beach. On-site, office staff is very, very friendly and accommodating. The studio was adorable and tastefully decorated ~ appeared to be new and excellent condition....
