"A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. "After check in time, owner said they were changing the date of the reservation. When we indicated we were unable to stay on the new date, we received no further communication. No information on how to check in, no discussion period. Owner only responded when Hotel support called. Would not refund deposit even though they made the change to the reservation."

"The trip was an experience that i enjoyed, however you must be open minded. Its a little primitive. Great communication from the owner. The weather was a factor I should have paid more attention to before I booked. I would go back."
