"The room is big enough for a person with a large suitcase. The location is pretty good. It's part of an arcade with numerous restaurants and stores and within decent walking distance of a subway station. The onsen is great with a cold pool in addition to the hot one as well as a relaxation room and some cold foods to enjoy afterwards. The biggest minus is the breakfast buffet can get very crowded despite the large size of the room, but they don't really have control over that. The staff members...

"Good location with dining and shopping all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and nice amenities including breakfast soup as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is quite limited but there are outdoor parking nearby at very low price. "

"Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer"
