"Very quick and kind service when checked in. They showed us to our rooms and offered to help with our bags. Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Great hotel and experience staying with them. "

"The room was great, breakfast was amazing, the sidewalk outside the hotel was very slippery (icy), overall stay was great except for the interaction with the front desk agent (man with long hair), I did not get a warm welcome, he needs to have a nicer attitude, and he looked bored doing his job."
