"We had a wonderful stay at Emma's place. The condo is wonderfully located a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is 2 floors with the common areas on the first floor and bedrooms on the second. Both floors have wonderful patios/balcony with a great views of the ocean. People are very friendly who stay in the area and the beach is great with options to swim or snorkel. There is also a island- Booby Cay- that is a short swim- if it is calm or kayak or boat ride to. Locals serve fresh lobster and beer-...

She made sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions, she even was able to accommodate an additional night for our stay when my flight got cancelled. "Had a fairytale wedding at Pattoo Castle and then my husband and I stayed at the castle a few nights after the wedding. Gary and his staff are amazing! Pattoo Castle is beautiful and pictures don’t even do it justice. My guests were in awe! Loved being able to swim in the ocean and enjoy the scenic views. "Misleading description and in the middle of nowhere. The grounds, property, etc. are beautiful but you're at least a 30 min ride to Negril and that gets expensive. The TV never worked, wifi was spotty at best and you're not informed of having to pay for meals selected until after they have your money. I get having to pay for meals but we were overcharged and charged for things like paper towels, seasonings that were already on property and clearly opened already...even food items we didn't...

"This location was a cute loft bedroom with a small kitchen. Outdoor patio was nice to sit at for breakfast. The building is under renovation and will be very pretty when done but had a lot of construction debris/trash when we stayed. There is a grocery store supposed to open up on the property. Otherwise there was one nearby along with fast food snd other small restaurants within walking distance. Our host was very responsive and helped us arrange tours and transfers. "

"Place is very nicely located on seven mile beach. Next to Boardwalk for drinks and right next to Lobsterman for the best lobster on the beach. Will be back!!"

"We showed up and two large dogs and two large men assured us we were not welcome on the property, left us scrambling for a safe place to stay at 11:30 at night w three kids, what a nightmare in real time, next morning 6 hours on the phone with support, still made us pay for our new room out of pocket…no support just lip service…"

"I was impressed with the property and the choices of pools and beaches. We always were able to get a beach chair and were close to bathrooms. The rooms were nice and where we were was so convenient to everything. My teens loved the Sports Bar and played pool and got snacks all day long."

"Beautiful property! Very big, sometimes found myself losing track of how to get places, but hotel staff was helpful. Def recommend Platinum. Our Butlers Thorni & Matthew were amazing! We had a group of 17 people, adults & kids. They made dinner reservations every evening for us, reserved cabana’s at different locations on the property, also arranged for private transportation for our group to leave the property to go hangout in Negril. Our driver was awesome! Took us to a couple different local places, always felt safe, he also shared fun info about the island & culture. Would highly recommend the property. "

"We loved our stay at Travellers Beach Resort. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We loved spending time on the patio outside our room and time on the beach. The restaurant had delicious food with an ocean view. LOVE the grilled snapper, coconut shrimp, and the Jamaican breakfast. The atmosphere was serene and laid back even though Travellers was one of the more popular resorts around. Shout out to Romeo who is the bender ever. Thanks to all the other staff who helped make the visit fun and relaxing. No complaints. Can't wait to come back... hopefully soon."
