"Absolutely loved that the pool was open later than 6pm. Nothing worse than doing excursions all day just to come back and cant enjoy the pool to unwind. "

"Positives: The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I visited with my elderly parents, and the team went out of their way to accommodate us by providing an accessible room and assisting with convenient beach seating for them. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, and the drinks are outstanding. The beach is pristine, the pools are excellent, and the evening entertainment is enjoyable. Negatives: While the food quality is good, I was hoping to experience more authentic Jamaican dishes and local fruits, which were noticeably absent. The menu options felt similar to those commonly available in the U.S., lacking a distinct Jamaican touch."

"I don't normally leave reviews for places I stayed, but I had to leave a review for this resort! Princess Grand Jamaica was fabulous. The staff, the rooms, the activities, the atmosphere was EXCELLENT. Our family decided to go to Jamaica over Christmas this year and we stayed at the Princess Grand Jamaica All inclusive resort and had the BEST time. My favorite thing was the staff and the food! The people at this resort go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. We were there for a full week and I can't wait to go back! "

"The service you receive from the time you enter through from customs at the airport into the Couples Lounge till being dropped back at the departures terminal is outstanding. The staff are all so welcoming and accommodating. The resort is the perfect size and this was our first experience of an Adults Only resort and it was so laid back and relaxing. When you add up all the free activities, snorkeling , boat trips, water sports and diving- you are getting an outstanding value. Well done to the Couples Negril staff- you all deserve a High Five. If you’ve never dived before- get in the class on day 1 and then benefit from the free daily diving. Our diver instructor Richardo was fantastic. Also consider the transport to and from the resort is also included. "
