"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. "This is a fantastic find! Staff and other guests are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and treat you like family. The property itself is well loved but well maintained. "Good place to stay in the heart of very nice small town of Vilaflor. Really good value for money. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. Bus connections here are fairly good, but only one bus per day to Teide, which can be full to the last seat. Staff was friendly and helpful although I didn't meet them, just communicated through WhatsApp. My main complain is lack of warm...

"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic.
