The latter was conducted by Joel and I strongly encourage people not to pass on this even though they may have other tours booked. I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. "
