"We loved our stay here. There were eight of us (four couples), so we appreciated the size and number of bathrooms. We fell in love with the Alfama neighborhood - it's not the "city center," so you do a bit more walking to get places, but we loved the location. We had no trouble getting to other parts of the city. "The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends."
