There was no key in the lockbox, fortunately a call to Marina meant that we were quickly saved! Lights in the common hallway leading to the stairs were out so it was a dark entry. As someone who always holidays in self catering properties, this was way above any I have stayed in.Every cupboard in the kitchen was packed full of equipment and included 2 large built in fridges.
