"A perfect location for a short city break. The hotel was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived on my birthday and because they check your passport when checking in, the receptionist noticed the date and then all the staff wished me a happy birthday. A few minutes after getting into our room, the same receptionist arrived with a birthday cake. It is little details like this that made our stay very special and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The Be Poet is a very central hotel, close to sites, shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was good. The toiletries provided included shampoo and body wash, cream and hand soap. The front desk hotel were very nice and always willing to assist with any question. A special shoutout to Ives who assisted us with directions and always had a smile on his face when answering our questions. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
