"A quirky, comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Close to the underground but blissfully just outside the main tourist areas, making it quieter at night. The area it's in is interesting, a mix of faded grandeur and up-and-coming refurbishment. We'd definitely go back."

"Location is not bad. In a residential area within close proximity to the city centre. Gym is terrible and designed in-functionally. Cleanliness is okay but it was some dusty. The bed was two double bed connected to one another. The middle section was annoying. "

"We were unaware that this hotel was right next to a homeless shelter. There were multiple homeless people in the streets, begging for money, panhandling, throwing garbage in the park by the church. Also ambulance sirens could be heard multiple times throughout the day and night, possibly every hour if not more."

"Greeted warmly by Eric who quickly checked us in. Had no issues with breakfast (included in our stay). Our departure was prior to the opening of breakfast and they were able to pack us a to-go bag for our journey. Overall, the space is simple, clean, safe, and well managed——and close to the metro (away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists). "

"I can't say enough about this property. The staff's manners are immaculate. Everyone is professional yet kind, warm, and accommodating. We received a room upgrade, which was fabulous. Both of our rooms were beautifully appointed and easily were the nicest I've ever stayed in. The bar, restaurant, and outside lounging areas were charming, comfortable, and lovely. We had an amazing stay here. "
