"Fantastic stay made better with possibly the friendliest staff I’ve had at a hotel, they are happy to help with recommendations for restaurants, so please make sure you do this if unsure. Location of Upon is good to use as a base to get around - you have a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, certainly needed when you are going as couple. Bathroom is a good size too. Overall enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. 5 stars across the board!"

"Staff amazing and super helpful - we arrived very late (5am) due to the power outage and a redirected flight, but the guys were there to check us in and make us a cuppa!!! Super modern and unique lobby area - we really liked it. Pool on the roof was a bit of fun. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, note get down for breakfast early as it gets quite busy after 9am. Location great, just a short uber ride to the main tourist areas in Lisbon city, I think the underground is nearby but we didn't use it. Room was clean and modern. Would highly recommend to all sorts of visitors..."
