"Overall this house is very acceptable for a relaxing getaway. The house help was amazing (Heriberto) and the pool stayed nice and cool. There were a couple of things that didn't go quite right for us - specifically we had a couple of rats that managed to find their way into the property, but the property manager did deliver traps. "Location, location, location! One of the closest spots to the beach. Beautiful view! We saw whales from the terrace. The water is an amazing color! Communication from the host was top-notch. Very responsive. When we needed something, it was immediately provided. This place is more like “glamping”. No doors. No private space. There is a safe for passports but other than that, there is no security to the floor in which this is located. I would not stay here as a single female. Some screens needed...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sa. It is a beautiful house located in a gated community in Sector O. The house is very clean and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The location of the house is perfect. It is away from the tourist zones, but you are also close to everything - 5 minute drives to the Chedraui grocery store, downtown Santa Cruz, Central Park in La Crucecita, and several beautiful beaches. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Thank you...

"We had never been to this part of Mexico. The pictures posted of the views don’t do it justice. The only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean and birds. There are no city lights to interfere with the views of the sky at night. Communication with the property manager was promptly answered. One suggestion is an SUV is suggested. We look forward to returning to this lovely property next year."

The property is pretty deep in the neighborhood, but it was very easy to get taxis to and from. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. "

"Didn’t want to leave! Best resort I’ve been to in a long time. The views are stunning. The beach is private and very clean and well kept. The entire property shows attention to detail. The gym was excellent. I would have liked mats at the gym but it is very well equipped I was looking for a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what I got. The ONLY negative was you have to call room service to get ice and almost every time requested ice I had to call more than once. I always felt safe at the beach with the lifeguard on everyday. Well done Camino Real Zaashila!"

"Excelente servicio y atención! Me encantó quedarme por 4 días. La habitación es enorme y muy bien decorada y limpia. Quedamos sorprendidos por la calidad de la habitación y las instalaciones en general del hotel. Es un verdadero oasis. La alberca está grande y deliciosa! La comida y restaurante aunque pequeño, pero es muy bueno! Las chicas preparan la comida muy rico y con atención al mínimo detalle. Yo no soy vegana pero me gusta la comida en general. Y me sorprendió lo bien construido que está el menú. Y las bebidas de autor son excelentes! Definitivamente volvería a ir!"

"This resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz. As well, frequent shuttles are available to the Nirú Beach Club. All the staff at both locations are excellent. Highly recommend as a stay for couples or families. Lots of happy children in the pools!"
