"It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, modern, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the centre by all attraction and the leaning tower just 10 min away. And the breakfast is probably in the best cafe in town! And the host is very friendly and gave us really useful local recommendations. If in doubt where to stay, stay here."

"Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room....

"Simple but just enough for one night. The lady who gridded us was very nice. Room door very difficult to open with key. Bathroom not in room but still private. You have to come out of your room into a common small area and then go into the bathroom. It was kinda different, but I did not see anyone else there to share bathroom. "This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"It was very clean inside the room. Very basic. You could hear the street noise. No bottled water. The bed was okay. No blanket just a sheet; granted it is hot in Italy but I like a light blanket. The stairs are steep to get to the room. Don’t bring large baggage unless you are very strong. No handicap access."

When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI.
