"Our villa was very clean, equipped with important necessities; we were in the ground level villa so we were able to have a car park outside our villa. We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"
