The location of property is fantastic - within walking distance to leaning tower and cathedral. Staff was very friendly And the rates are very affordable. Only issues are noise from street traffic and strong cleaning agent smells in the room.

The only problem with the property was that the air conditioning had been turned off even though the temperatures were in the high 70’s at night. It meant we had to open windows at night and “tiger mosquitos” would enter the room and bite us. Not pleasant at all.

The staff really make this place awesome. We loved the breakfast and being close to Pisa attractions. When one of us left something in the room they even facilitated its return by post. We really appreciate the hospitality and care given to us at the villa tower and would love to visit again one day

Such a beautiful and quaint hotel. We felt like their only guests with the attention and service. Breakfast was included and had many delicious homemade treats as well as the traditional toast, eggs and deli. We felt like we had stepped back in time but with all the amenities of a modern European hotel. Walking distance to all the local sites. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. Only caveat, you must be able to walk up and down stairs as there was not lift.
