"Jose and his team took care of us. Had great food options and plenty to choose from. We enjoyed our stay so much we became members! He booked our dinners with ease. Jose provided top notch service the whole trip. Just showed up and we were good. Nightly entertainment and the sports bar were a big hit especially with March Madness going on! Steakhouse and Margarita were our favorites. Buffet was great too with plenty of food options for everyone Rooms are spacious, modern and clean! Housekeeping was excellent! If anything needs to improve it would be the food options for the Privilege guests. Need to have more of a variety in the Privilege Lounge. Options for breakfast, lunch and dinner were very limited! The chef should be cooking to order there. We upgraded and there were less food options at the Privilege dining facility so we went back to the other better options. "

"We stayed here for a week in the swim up room. The whole place was amazing, the staff, the rooms, food/drinks, the beach. We had the swim up garden view and loved it. Our butlers Pedro and Ismael were so helpful, my partner purposed to me on the beach and they helped him to make it the best experience they could. We also had great experiences at the Compton St bar with Rafael, Helen, and Manuela, they made us the best drinks and were always a friendly face to see. We look forward to coming back in the future "
