"After spending the last 20 years coming to The VDL with my husband, this was my first solo trip since losing him, so a big step! But, I feel SO very lucky to have stumbled across this little villa whilst I was searching. Its exactly in the location I wanted - a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and is the perfect size for a solo visit or couple. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay with beautiful views. The only downside for me, was I couldn't get any UK...

"The appartment is lovely, very clean and everything you need. It also has a great garden. Patrick who welcomes you is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Location wise is perfect for the beach, old town and Marina. Negatives are the you have to chase the host for information, They said they could arrange transfers and when i chased to tell them our flight times, they then said they could no longer supply transfers due to car issues. "We had a wonderful 2 week family holiday in this villa. A quiet location, only a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds and a lovely small cafe/bar. Beach towels provided and high chair, cot and water related toys all available for the 2 year old in our party. Gardens front and back and pool very well maintained. "You’ll notice so many of the reviews mention that the property is even nicer in reality than on the photos…and that is saying something because the photos are idyllic. Well the reviews are totally accurate. The house is huge! We did indulge though as we rented the entire house for ourselves (me my wife and our two cats) and there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! And we don’t regret it at all. The house, and most importantly the kitchen had everything! And I mean everything…two times over. ...
