"When I read reviews about this resort someone said the photos don’t do it justice as it’s much nicer, and oh boy is that true! "This is a very cute, clean place a few minutes away from the harbor and market. Ideal for 1 or 2 people, the place has everything needed. It's centrally located in the historic center, yet very quiet at night. We loved having Rolladen shutters!!! Marta is very responsive and provided us with ideas and maps to explore the area. Parking can be tricky, but we have found a place within a few minutes walk every day. We'd definitely recommend staying at this vacation rental!"

"Good location near bars and restaurants in the funky old part of town. The property was minimally stocked. Example: 2 towels for 2 adults for 5 days No replacement garbage bags, no ice cube trays (supplied when requested). Valve handle missing in shower. The stairs to upstair bedroom was challenging but known before we rented. The beautiful brick ceiling in the bedroom loft shed sand everyday and night. Host was very helpful with information when we arrived."

"Our family of 6 adults recently stay at Villa Murta for 3 weeks in May24 and were very pleased with our decision to stay here. The villa was very large and fit our family well. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table and the location to Faro and surrounding area was easy to access. The road leading to the villa is very narrow so a smaller vehicle is recommended.
