"After spending the last 20 years coming to The VDL with my husband, this was my first solo trip since losing him, so a big step! But, I feel SO very lucky to have stumbled across this little villa whilst I was searching. "My family and I had the best holiday staying in this villa. The property is a really good size and it was a bonus having a lovely private pool in the garden, It is within walking distance of the beach, super market and lots of restaurants and bars. "The house is in an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and other sights in Albufeira. The rooftop patio was an unexpected surprise and we used it regularly. It just needs some seating and other amenities. The responsiveness of the host team could be better, and there were several items that were broken, or not clean, that we had to bring to the team's attention. Hopefully these will all be addressed for future guests."
