"The property had everything we needed for our stay as a family. The rooms are ok but not every room comes with a balcony or an ocean view which we were a little disappointed about. Also the phone in the room was not connected so when I needed to call the front desk I had to walk to them as no one was available when I called using the posted phone number from my cell phone. "

"It was the perfect place for my daughter and I while we were in town to visit UCSB. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful bike path and close to an ocean front restaurant. Cute little park for kids and restrooms at the beach. "

"What didn’t I like was that I should’ve booked for another night, because I never wanted to leave. The dining options (mainly breakfast) was superb. The casita was pristine, even the patio was privately enjoyable. Would definitely book again for the next trip! "
