"Avania is a short walk from the beach. The lobby and rooms have all been updated and redecorated. Our room on the ground floor had a private patio with two chairs and a small table. Shower was great and easy to use, though bathroom is small. Breakfast room is light and airy with loads of seating and good food. We would stay there again!!"

"The Hotel Santa Barbara is being beautifully restored. We took the train and it was an easy walk to the hotel. It is on the State Street Promenade - exceptionally walk able. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The bikes were the cherry on top. The only thing I could comment on was that the pillows were too hard, which was minor."

"Parking is down hidden alleyway street so if driving at night go slow and look carefully! Overall, a wonderful experience and beautiful little place around the heart of downtown! "
