"What a peaceful retreat! This place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Most everything we wanted to do was within a short walking distance of the cottage. The porch offered a stunning view of the yard and was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. As a bonus, the golf hole was unique and lots of fun. "The cottage is on a great little street, off the road. It’s quiet and has lots of space outside. It was very clean and it is well appointed. There was a misunderstanding about something, and I could not reach the owners until the second day I was there in the mid afternoon. That was unfortunate. But by the third morning, it was remedied and the next two days were fine. I’d recommend clearer communication and availability when someone is checking in. "Just a little miss communication about the check in process, but that got resolved quickly. The property was roomy and well supplied. My families 4 toddlers had a fantastic time playing in the upstairs kids play room for hours. We used the overhead projector to entertain the kids with a childrens movie. If there had been a safety gate at the top of the stairs it would have been absolutely perfect."

"The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was in great condition. Very nicely decorated, modern, had all the necessities. The neighborhood--the street and nearby commercial district--are definitely in transition and not ideal for walking. We felt uncomfortable taking our dogs out, even as people who have lived in NYC/Chicago during the 80s :-). While it might feel different to people who are from the area or live on the street, it's a hard place to land for visitors."
