"Gorgeous and classy hotel, with high end amenities and an impressive mini bar. Great location and close to the airport. Herons, the restaurant in the hotel, was a bonus as well. Food and presentation were superb! For a hotel of this caliber though, I was underwhelmed by the staff. My expectations were high given the price point etc. They didn’t seem as “polished” or friendly as one would expect. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay there again. "

"I always stay here because it's very affordable and they offer free shuttle to the airport. They also offered extended parking which is great too. I do recommend getting a third floor room to avoid noise. The walls are thinner than I like so this helps. They also offer discounts for repeat members. "

"From checkin to checkout it was a wonderful experience. Quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious and plenty of power outlets to charge electronics! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was a silent haven for rest. Would never have known planes were landing and taking off just a mile away. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a great place to stay by RDU."
