"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."

"We loved Secrets wild orchid. The resort is clean. The beaches are well maintained. The pools and pool bars were a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly! The food in some of the restaurants was subpar but it was on the same level as many of the other all inclusives we have done. Our butlers, Devon and Adia were both very sweet and very helpful. They took care of all our reservations for us. Don’t forget to tip your butlers if they did a fantastic job like ours did! "

"The property was amazing. They had everything you need on site. There is also a ton of restaurants walkable and we are in a different restaurant every night. There is also a lounge called Ultra right across the street with great music. Incredible place. "
