"The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Especially with how small the rooms are, having a place to store your luggage would be handy. For reference, my boyfriend and I were traveling with one carry-on size each and a small backpack. Aside from that, no complaints at all! It's clean, safe and affordable! "

"We ventured to Osaka after a stopover in Kyoto, staying at the RHIGA hotel in Osaka. We have stayed at the RHIGA Osaka several times in the past including a family trip in May 2023. We like the convenience of the hotel’s relative closeness to Osaka Station and having access to the hotel’s free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the JR Osaka Station. For some reason we ended up with a handicap accessible room which meant a very roomy bathroom. While our booking did not include breakfast there were many breakfast places to choose from at Osaka Station. I did note that the comforter and the pillows at the RHIGA Osaka were more comfortable that the RHIGA Kyoto and their shuttle bus started earlier and ended later than the shuttle service at the RHIGA Kyoto. Of special note were the international staff who greeted us when we approached the front desk and the concierge. The knowledgeable staff were able to answer our questions without us having to go to the front desk. I suspect this service is in preparation for the Osaka Expo which will be taking place in 2025. Great service, reasonable prices for an upscale hotel and the expanded hours of their shuttle bus are big pluses when looking for a hotel in Osaka that’s not too close to the train station "

"Beautiful stay. Spacious room with a view of USJ park. Lovely separate bath shower, toilet and sink 👌working AC. Big bed. Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."
