"The staff was very attentive and kind and had great English for those that don’t speak Japanese. The rooms were big compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. We had access to the lounge which was nice to meet up with our friends that were in separate rooms and a place to wait for everyone to get ready for dinner. Breakfast was great and I really wish we booked our room with breakfast instead of paying for it extra after the fact; but still worth it. The bath house was clean and nice too but make sure to bring your own towel. "

"Excellent hotel! Just a heads up if you have tattoos you can't use the public bath, which is understandable given the culture. Spa service, convince store, bar, and restaurants all in the hotel. "

"Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."
