"The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. Great place if you're staying in Osaka and want to be close to transport and shopping outlets."

"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer. "

"This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."
