The draw back is we only have one bath towel for each person for ten days stay, we asked for additional and they want to charge us additional fee?? 10 days is quite a long time without cleaning and additional sheets/towels!!"

"This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."

"On arrival, we had a bit of stress because we hadn't received the check-in instructions. After contacting the owner via WhatsApp, everything was sorted out. The apartment is on the third floor and has small steps, so if you have heavy suitcases, it's a bit difficult to carry them up to the apartment. A benefit is the full kitchen and washing machine. "
