The location is convenient to the beach, bay and stores. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The views from the balcony can't be beat. "

"Communication with hosts before our stay was excellent. Had so many beach toys and items, we didn't have to rent or buy anything for the beach. The home was clean, spacious and well stocked. Only slight downside is the very very small garage. I was nervous every time my husband had to pull the car in or out. However, this WAS disclosed before, even with measurements of garage, so that was greatly appreciated. Overall it was fantastic! We LOVED being steps from the beach and in walking...

"We stayed for two weeks too small of a living area for two week stay. We wish we would have been directed to another location. Upper deck would be great in better weather it was unusually cold and windy for our first 11 days - so little use of deck and no use of the barbecue area. Housekeeper was available for a change up of linens after the first week and we appreciated that service. We updated a lamp for the owner (at her experience) since the existing lamp was old and loose providing...

"We had a great time. Owners are very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The only difficulty we had was our vehicle did not fit in the allotted parking area. Off site parking has restrictions that required us to move or check on our vehicle early each morning. We highly recommend this rental!"

"Having the ability to step on to the deck and see and hear the ocean was the best part of this property. Also, we were in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Belmont Park!"

"Beautiful view of the ocean, loved the deck for watching people and sunset. Home was comfortable and lots of amenities. Very small car will have trouble fitting in the garage but there is parking next to the unit and friendly neighbors. Loved that owner provided beach chairs, a volleyball, boogie boards and was easy to reach with questions. Its close to Rays to rent bikes for the day and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. "
