"Loved the room and staff and hotel. Amazing view of the pyramid and voladores. One of the 2 beds in our room was very hard and the other was great. The hotel is a couple blocks from the zocalo and lots of restaurants and vendors. The restaurant on site is not connected with the hotel or open for breakfast. Food was very good but music at night was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Seemed quieter after 11 or so but then lots of noise above us sounding like chairs being drug back and forth...

"Recepción y estacionamiento: Cuando llegamos, una chica de trenza de lado morenita nos atendió de manera grosera. Nos informó que si dejábamos el carro en el estacionamiento ya no lo podíamos sacar en todo el día (porque lo podían guardar en frente o a 3 cuadras). Esto resultaba ilógico, considerando que eran al rededor de las 3 pm y teníamos planes de cenar fuera esa noche, a media hora caminando. Por lo tanto, tuvimos que estacionarnos a la vuelta en la calle para poder usar el carro mas...

"The service was amazing!!! Very friendly specially Susana de receptionist at the lobby. People at the restaurant very friendly and polite. The view of the city was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. "

"The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice."
