"Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property. "Bathrooms need attention and renovation to a more modern standard. Furniture needs to be changed. Sofas were old yellow leather with lots of holes and rips in them. Great location, safe and quiet spot. Very spacious apartments, just need a good shake up."

"We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. There’s a bit of travel to and from San Jose or sure but it’s worth it. Always tell driver to follow the signs and the street has white stones lining the roadway....
