"We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."

"Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. "The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. "I arrived early on a Tuesday after flight delays. The place was nice- a lot of construction going on- but nice. Pool looked like it needed a shock but it’s not yet hot enough.
