They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat. I was under the impression that the hotel had no restaurant, so I walked up & down the town but only found only empty, gloomy bars & cafes. Despondent I returned to...
