"This is one of the best places I have visited! Staff is so courteous, views are stunning, facilities are thought thru in so many details to make the stay so comfortable for each guest. The hot springs are so cool and the vegetation around is so lush and beautiful. Just an amazing stay, I wish I came here for my honeymoon!"

"Although we only stayed one night we had a great stay! We arrived early but were able to spend the day at the pool before our room was ready. We were in the premium zone and the restaurant exclusive to us was excellent! View of the beach, good food and superb service. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Was a terrific place to stay before we took the ferry the next day."

"This hotel was fabulous for our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet in the morning was FABULOUS with lots of varieties and options. The individual cabin style lodging was a bonus and added a lot of privacy with views of the volcanos right outside your door. The restaurants onsite had good food and drinks. The location feels private but is also super convenient to downtown Fortuna and all of our excursions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Scenic views of lake, sunrise, volcano; location were amazing! Don’t miss the birds at breakfast. I like the location because it was quiet and a short drive to the Arenal National Park. The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen was nice. Restaurant was excellent."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The check-in process was smooth and quick. The spacious and clean room was very much welcomed after a long travel day. The surroundings were generally well maintained. We very much enjoyed the hot spring pools. The breakfast was delicious, service was quick. I really enjoyed all of the animals roaming around, including those on the farm."

"Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "
