"Very good and welcoming staff. Room amenities were excellent value for money. The “free” bottle of wine was nice and although it had been forgotten to be placed in the room. The letter in room confirming the gift of wine was a nice touch and the reception brought it very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors. "

"I'd thought I'd ordered a suite with a balcony, but our large room with a sofa was fine. The breakfast was identical each day of our six-day stay, but delicious. Sunny dining area, very knowledgeable staff always near the front desk. Remember your Type I ("eye") plug adapter, Argentina's the only S. American country to use it. The hotel lent us one, thank you. Metro is a block away, as are many buses in a dedicated lane. Safe, busy neighborhood. Thanks, Luca, for the half-price early morning...

"I had the impression this was a hotel, but it is not. They were very responsive and accommodating, even allowing luggage storage for us. The room itself was nice but just above a busy street so very noisy all night. The bed was not comfortable. It took about 5 minutes of running the water for it to go hot, then it was very hot. "

We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms. "Very nice hostel. We were a group of four and had our own room with washroom which was nice. There is a kitchen with water and a bar. Though they don't allow smoking inside, their patio is open to communal spaces so did smell like smoke at times. There was a bar but it was quiet even on a Friday so didn't keep us up. Luggage storage is only for the day, not longer term, which sucks since we are going to Uruguay and wanted to leave a couple bags behind. They wouldn't call us a cab so we had to...
