We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms. Good WiFI. Very good breakfast. Pool area good for sitting outside although pool cold. Good location for shopping, Subte (underground) , buses, Retiro bus station "

" The property is "Vintage", and has all the charm and character of such. In some areas it shows its wear. Still overall it was a very good stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great. Walking distance to many sites, shopping, restaurants etc. "

"I’ve stayed at this property a few times and found it to be well kept; however a few things in the room could have been better. The bathroom toilet flushing system is faulty, you have to press on the lever consistently for sufficient water to flow; the safe did now work, the carpets appear like they need to be updated, and the air conditioning was not working well. Nonetheless, the staff is friendly and very helpful. "
