"There were no towels "in the contract" so I had to pay 400 pesos per towel. The VAT proved not to be included and I had to pay extra. The electronic room-key didn't work from the first morning. All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...

We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms.
