"There were no towels "in the contract" so I had to pay 400 pesos per towel. The VAT proved not to be included and I had to pay extra. The electronic room-key didn't work from the first morning. All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...

"The staff were great! The location is close to business parks and tourist attractions. When I reserved my room on Expedia, there was no notification that the pool was not open and it was summer time when I arrived. Apart from that, quite convenient "

"We needed a shower stall. We hate shower curtains. They were very accommodating, but the shower door was a disaster. You could hardly get in or out of it and it leaked."

"This hotel was conveniently located near the Obelisk and many attractions. There is also a convenience store in the corner where we were able to buy drinks and snacks each day. The price is great and the Amabassador Suite we got had 2 tv’s, 2 microwaves, a mini fridge, 2 bathrooms… perfect for families. Sure, the bathrooms can use a bit of updating and there was a bit of a sewage smell in the shower but overall it was good. A nice breakfast with many pastries, eggs, ham and cheese, and fruits...
