"Very Good Condo location within Cascade Village. The condo has a great view of the mountains to the east. The unit was very quiet with no road noise or any noise that we noticed from the other units in the building. Garage parking underneath the building is convenient. After check-in, it took a few hours for the radiators to get the heat up to 68 degrees. The condo has a nice fireplace which we used once. Extra wood is in a shed on the garage parking level. There is plenty of storage space...

"Was perfect for our 3 day ski vacation. Unit is on the first floor which is nice for unloading and when coming home. It's about a 2.5 block walk to the base of the mountain and amenities like lifts, restaurants, hot tub, pools etc. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. Had everything we needed to make breakfast and lite dinners. Host was responsive and helped us get in quickly. "We loved staying at this property over Mardi Gras break (March 2025). I personally think the condo is better than pictured. It’s so convenient for skiing. The rentals are a quick walk across the square, and you’re steps away from the main ski lift. You also have access to the Durango Mountain Club with a restaurant, pool, hot tub, and ski lockers. Jason was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!"

"Great location to the ski mountain which we really enjoyed. The condo needs work. Everything is totally outdated and some things are glitchy. For example, one bathroom had the hot water handle on the right. The pots and pans are minimal for cooking. There are very few outlets. So we enjoyed our stay but know that everything is old and outdated. "

"Had a great stay at Purg. The location can't be beat! Place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. This unit was better than most because they had spices, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, fire starter, etc., that a lot of places tend to lack. We can't recommend this place enough! "

"Our group of four families (16 total) had a fantastic three day weekend. The tall spruce house could easily have accommodated six more people! Tons of great space here.
