"This location and place was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that you can hear other people so clearly in the morning. Every morning we couldn't get any sleep because the upstairs had kids and/or outside had trucks going around. And this was around 6 or 7 AM for the 4 days we stayed here. Other than that it was great"

"The Condo is just north of Purgatory Ski lodge. A great start to driving the Million Dollar Hwy to the north or Durango and Mesa Verde to the south. Just looking out the slider from the living area has a superb view. The Condo has parking underneath the bldg which is nice. Once inside, the unit is just as pictured on the site. "We stayed here for a few days over fall break. The weather was a little overcast so we spent more time than we would have liked in the vrbo. Thankfully, this place is super cozy and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The host services were responsive with follow ups as well."

"The place was great! Short walk to the lifts and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, and the two bed / two bath plan works great. Much better than the studio options at the resort. We got over 4 feet of snow the week we were there, so was always in a good mood :) . Plows were running from sunrise to sunset, so we were always able to get in and out of the parking lot. Had a blast!"

"This property was amazing! It’s so close to everything, we never needed our car and we’re able to walk everywhere. Check in process was a breeze! The owner was very communicative and sent over through and complete check in/check out instructions that included recommendations for nearby to-dos. The place inside was so cozy, had a warm vibe and had everything we needed for two people. Washer/drier in unit which is rare for a condo, plenty of towels, full kitchen with fridge, stove and island. Cute...

"We were so happy with this property - the expansive condo put all nine of us in seperate, private areas and the location can't be beat. We will definitely return! The condo itself looks completely updated and upgraded - the five bathrooms and kitchen looked brand new - the entire place, really, belying the age of the cimmaron property itself. "The rental is more than a thousand feet higher in elevation than Durango and cooler, which is great in July/August. Never had to turn on the air conditioning. When you open the windows or sit on the patio, however, you have to listen to the traffic on the highway. Can't see it but you can sure hear it. That highway takes you south to Durango in about 25 minutes and north to beautiful lakes and hiking trails in 10-20 minutes. The rental kitchen is well equipped. If you need a particular tool,...
