"The location of the condo was the best part about it. The condo obviously is not maintenance at all. So many things need fixed or replaced and you can tell it’s just not cared for. The master bed was absolutely awful! Faulty wiring, the fan didn’t work, kitchen had very slim choices for cooking and the customer setvice for the company that owns the rental were less than helpful!"

"The Condo is just north of Purgatory Ski lodge. A great start to driving the Million Dollar Hwy to the north or Durango and Mesa Verde to the south. Just looking out the slider from the living area has a superb view. The Condo has parking underneath the bldg which is nice. Once inside, the unit is just as pictured on the site. You won't be disappointed in renting it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a nice...

"Had a great time at Dream Views and Purgatory Ski Resort! The owners were easy to work with and very helpful with internet/supply questions. The location is perfect-strap on your equipment and ski down to the beginner lift! From there, you can ride the lift to the base. Would recommend they spend a little more time ensuring the kitchenware is clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"Arrival and entry was easy, with provided instructions. Condo complex was clean and quiet. 45 steps to the top. The view is well worth it. Basic provisions you would expect are present. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Just three minutes from the historic town center. Nice walking paths right from the complex entrance into town. Linens were 6 out of ten. Kitchen items six out of ten. Furniture was adequate and clean. Climate control was excellent. 300 dollar deposit drawn when you sign"
