"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. "Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower! "

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid.
