"We were very happy with the accommodations. The property was well maintained with lots of restaurants close by. We found a few local restaurants that were less expensive and with excellent food. Felt safe walking the streets during the day. We did not venture out at night much put that was our choice."

"The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"

"I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"I arrived at the security gate to check-in to my dismay they had no record of my arrival and after much time was told the apartment was already rented!!!! Now it is getting dark, the traffic is manic and I have no place to stay. This is unforgivable. My advice is do not chance the same thing happening to you and find another listing!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"If you need to stay in the San Jose area, this is a wonderful place. It is on the 11th floor and the views were spectacular. We were there in January. It was windy but we were told it calms down by February. It didn't stop our enjoyment! Though there was a portable a/c unit, we certainly didn't need it. The ceiling fans were adequate. Pool is beautiful but this time of year it was a bit too chilly for us to use. Remember San Jose is 1100 m in elevation and I'm a wimp! There were other people...

"The apartment is in a great location with really nice views! We stayed here upon landing in San Jose and then again at the end of our trip. Check in and parking were super easy and the apartment was very cozy and clean! We would definitely stay here again…. And hope to! Thank you so much! Lesley"

"We needed an overflow place during a family stay. We had our grandkids staying with us and this was the perfect place. Very secluded with a lovely garden and a swing set. The house was very well furnished very clean very modern. It was very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody else!"

"This garden condo is a beautifully sunlit space. The surrounding gardens are magical with brilliant colors and many different varieties of visitors including birds, bees, butterflies etc. So many astoundingly beautiful sites and stunning sunsets. The nearby pueblo of Santo Domingo is not only quaint but easily accessible by walking or cab. It is a nice way to get to know the neighborhood and enjoy the "living life" away from home.
