Yo tuve una situación de que sin querer se me quedó un objeto de valor y estando en el aeropuerto para irme me percaté. Me puse en contacto con ellos y coordinamos un uber para que me llevara mis pertenencias y el encargado de recepción estuvo en todo momento en comunicación conmigo. 20/10! Excelente servicio !!!"

"I am not sure about the VIP benefits as the room we got is at the very end of the hotel a too far from Lobby and Breakfast area. Also the room we got on the first not has non working AC and we switched the rooms the next day. Both the rooms are very far from lobby."
