"Super close to beach and walking trail. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery within a few miles. Lovely stay. There are a lot of stairs, which was noted in the listing. A little older than I expected- needs a few updates and would be top notch. "

"Loved our stay at this property! Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Loved the patio/deck. Plenty of room for big families or multiples. Steve was near by if we were to need anything, but we didn’t. Everything was as described and we had no issues. They are remodeling the house next door, so I was a little worried about the noise, but it was never an issue.we would definitely book this house again. Lovely!!"

"This is a Gem of a find in San Clemente . Walking distance to beach, Pier, local eats, shopping and groceries. Perfectly stocked kitchen(love that microwave btw) great linens, hot tub was clean as well as the home. Thanks for the great week."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Bright House. The apartment is small, but is very clean and has a great outdoor area which we enjoyed. The location cant be beat, we walked just about everywhere we wanted to go to. The beach, restaurants and shops are very close. We look forward to staying there again! go. "

"We were there for our son’s wedding, great location. Beautiful view and clean home (only one thing I noted that needs to be addressed). Would come back. 4-Stars given due to the difficulty of entering guard gate (even after signing contract for 2-cars and family members names). This took time (2-days in) to take care of and finally got straightened out, but when you’re on vacation this is the last thing you should be worrying about (plus I had my Son’s wedding to tend to)."

"The accommodations are like a rustic beach cottage. Location is excellent! Being right in the beach, which was quiet and private, was the best part. We were a family of 4 with grown (over 21) kids and it works well for our needs. Host was very responsive to all questions and attended to all requests in a timely manner. "

"My family and I stayed for three nights in early October and had a great time. The apartment was clean, check-in was easy. The only downsides were that the apartment is right next to the busy, and noisy, Highway 5. This is out of the control of the owners, and you know this if you're renting it. The thing that is in their control is that the kitchen and fridge were pretty bare. It would have been nice to find some milk in the fridge or a little welcome basket of snacks on the island when we...

"Had a wonderful weekend in Laguna Beach. The property is well maintained, backyard is beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location is very central and we loved the nearby coffee shop! The only downside is that the street in front where the master bedroom is was noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your earplugs!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
