"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! "Very nice, clean, two-bedroom apartment located within 2 miles of airport. Edward was great at communicating and answering questions. Beds were very comfortable. Secure parking. Only downside was the noise at night from the street."

"Very clean, spacious, and modern. The private backyard is a very rare luxury in the area. Love it!"

"Loved the very close proximity to the airport for our early morning flight. Clean, cute and comfortable. We struggled with the payment system, but that was a phone service issue on our end. Would have been easier if we could've paid in the Expedia app. The owner was very accommodating though and met us so we could pay with cash. Thank you!"

"Urban Escalante is a great -lace to stay. Good location to walk to many things, the building has a lot to offer if it’s raining outside. This condo is reasonably priced."

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. "Our stay was excellent except for the gentleman who checked us in on our arrival. He seemed to be annoyed that are flight was late and our arrival was delayed. Outside of this everything else was outstanding!"

"We arrived late and tired. The receptionist was great and efficient. The most important thing I want to say is I left my earbuds attached to the charger and was in a rush to check out so missed grabbing them. I didn't realize it until several days later. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and they had them! I told them when I would be returning and the hotel had them ready for me! I was grateful and amazed to get them back!"

"A very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast meals need to have more variety. Their phone system when you they ask if you need English speaking staff and you press the corresponding number, the line disconnects. You end up having to call multiple times and eventually pressing 0 to reach someone. But the front desk personnel are top notch. The Sky Bar at the pool was never opened the times I went and expected someone to be there. I wish they did have a place to smoke cigars on the property instead by the guard booth outside the gate. Very close to the road and lots of bugs there. But still, I would recommend it to anyone going to Costa Rica. "
